This was the absolute worse food experience for my Sista-Friend and I; trying to celebrate our upcoming 55th bdays. I went to the location in Redondo Beach, and it was FABULOUS! So, I assumed each location was the same. WRONG…they are all independently owned by the same family. Unfortunately, the Fam Bam is divided and it effects the food and drinks. The margaritas taste like dish water; after the cucumber flavored one was sent back. The taquitoes were worse then frozen ones. The decor was bland at best. I felt like I was at a completely different chain restaurant. I shall NEVER return to this location. If you have not visited, then you should not. If you have, I’m certain you will not return.

Our server, Cindy was super nice. For a Monday, that’s exactly what I needed, a smiling face. We ordered the queso fundido, which was not overly greasy and was yummy with mushrooms. we’ll definitely be back for happy hour.

Great service, chips and salsa were really good and you know if the salsa is good then that’s a good sign that there food is going to be really good. And yup… I was right it was all really good. They have great aguas frescas. Carne asada was cooked perfectly. Even the desert was fantastic!!! We got the flan and you must try yumm….

Everything in their menu sounds very good and everything I had was delicious. I had the ceviche, gobernador tacos, chicharrones, queso fundido, empanadas. The flan was out of this world, one of the best flans I have ever had. Highly recommend this place, the atmosphere is great! They play se really good music.

Let me start off with the best part of the visit. It was the service. We were greeted and seated in a timely manner. The server was super friendly. She checked in regularly, and we got everything we asked for. We ordered 2 Aguas frescas, and those were pretty good. Our food, however, was very disappointing. I ordered the combination plate with the potato taquitos and cheese enchilada. It came with rice and beans. Everything was flavorless. The presentation was great, and the taste was not. On our table, there was an order for a wet burrito, salmon tacos, and huevos rancheros. Nobody was satisfied with their food. It seems that this place is made more to enjoy their drinks and happy hour, but I wouldn’t recommend it to dine. Which is totally fine. The place played the same song over and over, Romeo Santos got pretty boring after a while. It has some good spots for pictures, they really did a good job and made it pop, I would suggest focusing on the food instead of trying to get one-time customers for IG clout. Again, amazing service, great ambiance, need to work on the food.
