Came here for dinner while traveling and it was really good! The handmade dumplings were delicious and highly recommend! The king pao chicken was really good and seemed super fresh. I just wish they put veggies in it! Otherwise it was amazing. The combo fried rice was pretty bland. But overall we were super happy with our dinner and the service was really great!! Would absolutely come back again when passing through.

Absolutely incredible Asian food, in the middle of nowhere. I was so impressed, I would say this was the 2nd best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Such a fun little gym out in the middle of Elko Nevada! I wish it was closer to home because we would definitely return frequently. Delicious food, large heaping portions, and incredible service that was served literally 5 minutes after we ordered! If you’re doing the dinner for two, plan to take home half! Chow mein has yummy chicken chunks that could be an entree, and the ham fried rice is amazing.

Walked in, immediately seated, ok Cafe atmosphere… drinks were served quickly, we ordered the lunch menu, 3 items. We added the salad and soup… salad was delicious, great dressing!! Soup also delicious lots of egg and the broth flavor was yummy!!

We went to Chef Cheng’s expecting to have a decent meal, but we were honestly impressed by our whole experience. Posted just inside their front door is their “Top 100 rated” poster, and they lived up to those standards. Good service, a calm friendly atmosphere, and simply awesome food truly rounded out our experience. Considering that we were only passing through Elko for the night, I can honestly say I’m impressed by the fact we found a true diamond in the rough.
