This is some down home good cooking with the best staff that will make you feel like family right here! The only reason I am going 4 stars is I am disappointed they took the buffet away which included an ice cream stand that the kids loved. That being said you will not be disappointed when you go there!

Honestly I enjoyed everything here bit the potato salad. That was just not it i suggest using red potatoes light on the mustard. Everything else wass perfect. Ribs perfect, chicken fingers, fried chicken, hush puppies, fried okra, Fish nuggets all perfect. I highly suggest fish nuggets. And my 4 year old enjoyed his chicken it was totally delicious

3 times I dropped in to order takeout BEFORE 8 pm and was not served and told they just took their last order. 2 friends rave about them and I could smell the cole slaw was fresh, but I’ll never know I guess. Third time makes me feel unimportant. If I advertise hours I serve up through hours of operation. It doesn’t say AROUND 8pm on here. It says 8 pm on here. I walked in at 7:42 pm today

BBQ is awful. Years ago it Joes was something to look forward to and have friends and family out of town to come eat it. No more! I don’t know what happened, but the food is overpriced and very mediocre . It’s sad and a shame to watch it die slowly. They need to change ownership or just year the place down. If you had friends or family that ate there 15 plus years ago and they want to go back tell them it burned down to save them utter disappointment.

This place has BBQ on the sign, but that’s the only thing BBQ about it. THE ONLY MEAT CLOSE TO BBQ IS THE ” CHOPPED MEAT ” AKA pulled pork so tough they have to chop it because it can’t be shredded. I ordered the 2 meat plate…. I got ribs and chicken… when I was checking out, i asked what was bbq on the menu, I was told the ribs were… but then when I asked why they had breading on it, I was told ribs get cooked in the oven.. ( the ” ribs ” btw were just chewed up slop two peices didnt even have a bone and the other half of the meat was grisle ) the chicken I was expecting smoked or bbq but it was deep fried…. Good fried chicken, but that’s not BBQ.. THE ONLY THING THEY CAN DO IS DEEP FRY THINGS….. The sides weren’t any better, freezer onion rings, mashed potatoes weren’t even the good instant kind, and my potato salad was WARM. If you want deep-fried 101, go here. However, if you want BBQ, you’re better off licking the road on a summer day.

Very good southern style cooking buffet. The servers were friendly and generous with tea refills. There was ample choices on the buffet, but limited to pork chops, fried chicken, and 2 types of sausage. I would have liked to order some bbq extra, but no more room..too full! Thanks for a good meal while passing through.
