Ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito and I got everything but what I ordered. When I msgd the delivery driver she blamed it on Taco Bell for giving her the wrong iorder but she handed me the order and gave me a drink I then told her that I didn’t order a drink she said sugar another order to deliver the drink was theirs but the drink went with the order she gave me so I’m sure someone else received my food.

When ordering, lady taking the order was very patient and took her time by listening to get everything correct. Wrapped all the food very neatly and grilled the meat perfectly. One of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been too in a while.

Food was tasty, warm, and fresh. Store was very clean and well organized. Employees were friendly and respectful. Helpful as well. Usually not a big fan of Taco Bell but this store I would recommend visiting. There is also a gas station attached to the Taco Bell. Shelves are well stocked and a large variety of merchandise to chose from for your vehicle and lots of yummies for you and the little ones. Awesome store.

Straight up this taco bell is a hit or miss depending on who’s working I guess. When there good there good but I was so upset it’s like wt they don’t use by the end of the night they getta take home or like there paying for it outta there pay checks they work for or should I say don’t work for just gotta end on this note. If you don’t like your job don’t wast the company’s money by not doing your job they do train you for a reason.

I come here almost everyday. The people there know me, they know my order. This location recently hired some new people who cannot seem to get a simple order correct. One item, and I get handed the wrong one. Not once, not twice, but THREE times. I just kept doing laps around the drive thru. They used to be good, but now it’s terrible service and destroyed food just slung into the bag

Fast food gets more and more expensive but the customer service still declines. I haven’t gotten everything that I ordered and paid for the last 2 times and it hasn’t been correct food the last 3 times so im not impressed…I got rice and chicken and a side of sour cream for $9.76.. forgot both my potatoes….ridiculous! I mean getting fast food right isnt rocket science

My order was messed up. I had items missing and on top of that my supreme crunch wrap was poorly put together. I ordered a sweet tea and received a unsweetened tea. When I tried to call Multiple times the restaurant they did not answer the phone. I had to call the Go mart and they informed them to answer the phone. I once again called one more time and I did not get an answer. instead I received the fax machine tone.
