I was in need of a sandwich & a beer after a long day of riding my bicycle. This was a great stop. Cal even found me a place to camp for the evening. Friendly folks in the bar, & Cal gives a long pour on his cocktails. Perfect place to stop if you are traveling through.

This local watering hole, has plenty of history and is quite unique. The food is always great. The customer service is amazing. Most nights you will meet “Cool Cal”, the owner and operator. Cal is very knowledgeable about local history and a variety of subjects. You will have a good time here.

Stopped for a meal, ended up having 8 shots of tequila instead. My buddy had a platter of food and the serving size was great. Overall this is a cool country dive bar with a cool owner who knows how to pour a drink. He even set up the microphone for my friend to sing karaoke. Pool is also free and the locals I met were friendly as could be. Thanks for a great time Cal!

Great place to sit and have a drink. Atmosphere is very friendly and the people are welcoming. The bartender is on top of drink refills and good conversation. Pool tables are always rocking! Always a stop at the 4star when we travel to Montana!

Cals bar is a great place to come have a drink.they have this light system set up in there horseshoe pit for anyone who cares to play after dark.there is a nice fire pit so that you may keep warm while playing horseshoes.there is usually a pool tourny every week end.its is usually an 8ball tourney.

Stopped in on my bday after having a rough day. Calvin was super amazing and welcoming. He turned my day around and made me a delicious bowl of stew just like my Mom use to make and he sided it with fry bread and honey… which was the best birthday cake, a birthday girl could ever wish for. I love this place and the ppl who gather here. Real people and real food = real fun. Thanks!!!
