We were out and about and have always loved Firehouse. We picked it over McCallisters. The service was good but we had ordered extra pickles and our sandwiches. We even tipped. We got home, had no extra pickles, and the meat was so skimpy I couldn’t believe it.

Called at the last minute to order subs for a lunch meeting and the man who took the order was on top of it. Got it all done on time, did everything I needed and the staff was over the top accommodating! They actually wanted my business and hustled to make it happen. Thank you! Will definitely pick you again!

This was my first experience with Firehouse Subs and I must say, it far exceeded my expectations. The food was hot and delicious and the staff was very friendly. I hope they maintain these standards. As it stands, if you’re considering stopping in – YOU SHOULD! You definitely won’t regret it.

This place is terrible. I love Firehouse Subs as does my husband and kids but this store always leaves so much to be desired. Everytime I come in to this location there is NO ONE. I mean completely empty and yet it takes so long to get your food. This time I put in a pickup order so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait and yet after placing my order and driving 15 minutes, I waited about 25 more minutes and the store was empty aside from one person who already had their food. Why the wait? I saw one guy who was actually working and he was cleaning the seated area. There were 2 other workers behind the counter that were making sandwiches but it took forever. Then there was one girl with 3 foot braids that was walking around on her phone. After getting home with our food we opened the boxes to find that there was no meat on half the sandwiches. My husband was supposed to have jalapeños and olives which I paid extra for and didn’t get. The sandwiches themselves just didn’t taste right. In fact, my husband wouldn’t finish his bc it was just bad. Again, we normally love Firehouse but this location is a no. This store needs new management or employees or both. We won’t be back.

Closed 20 minutes early, couldn’t get food. Went to Costa Vida next door. It was delicious, go there instead you’ll be happier.

Shut er down! Ice cold soup? Do you even know the concept of soup? Didn’t get bacon on my turkey BACON ranch either. I don’t want you “fixing” my order after I get it. This place was awful. Enjoy my 20 bucks.

Out of 5, I’ll give a 4. The food (Firehouse Sub, and Club) were very very good. Staff was nice overall.

Always great food and great service. Location isn’t real noticeable, not always easy to get in and out of. The seating is limited also.

The staff seem easily overwhelmed. They are either overworked or understaffed. The good news is the food is good.
