Very clean restaurant, friendly staff. Easy to read menu options. Ordered 2 Philly steak sandwiches with fries. So good. Philly steak meat was tender, no grizzle, made to order and was delicious. The fries are little salted and very flavorful. Will go back.

I ordered a 12” Philly Cheese Steak w/ onions, green peppers, provolone cheese & mayonnaise with some fries and a sweet tea. The Food & tea was Good!!! A lot of food. Couldn’t eat it all. Had to save some for later. And the service was great and real friendly. Will be back!

I’m done with this place. I called in a sub order, which took 3 tries before anyone answered, and the recording that comes on says stay on line or call back, well i stayed on line, but it just hangs up. So 3rd time i get an answer, ordered a sub, told 25 minutes till ready. I drive there, more than 25 minutes had passed, wait for 2 cars in the drive-through, get to window and told it’d be another 10 minutes. So she says i can wait, but if anyone pulls in behind me, I’ll have to pull out bc they probably have their order ready, how does she know if it is, she doesn’t know who’s in that car. So I said I’d wait, but, just then a car pulled behind me, she said I’d have to leave the drive thru, or cancel my order, which means it hasn’t been made yet, given i had to wait 10 minutes and the option to cancel tells me my order wasn’t even made yet. I just cancelled and won’t do business here anymore after 3 years. I also get a vibe from her that she’s doing me a favor being in business and if i dont like it, too bad. Since moving from their Ballou park location I’ve never liked the way the drive thru is ran at this location, and the other person here complaining about trying to order at the drive-through is true, a few months ago i tried it and was told to call first, i did but they wouldn’t answer, so she says… I’ll take your order, but come back through in 20 minutes to get it. Steak hoagies are good, but not worth the hassle anymore. This business needs to be run better, I think they need to hire a helper. The only 2 people I’ve ever seen working can’t handle many orders. So they lose another regular customer, but i have the feeling they don’t care.

The two cheese steaks I got for my husband and I were delicious! I also got the hot honey wings as well, those were great as well! The couple that run the place were very nice and the food came out at a decent time. I look forward to going back soon.
