What a joke. 3 cars in line and it takes 35 minutes in the drive thru? Seems like the workers are only freaky fast for delivery/catering orders or anyone who could potentially tip. Why have a drive thru if you train your workers to neglect it?

SO UPSET – They put an UN-ORDERED Jalapeno in our plain Chicken Wrap. My 85 yr old mother ate it and nearly choked to death. Young employees making order have ZERO respect for others… they don’t keep their ingredients separate, and think it’s all a big joke! We won’t purchase at this location ever again.

I just left the drive thru and I just got home and my order is incorrect. I called and asked to see if I could get the incorrect sandwich replaced with the correct order. I was told but the manager Shane to come back for the correct sandwich. I asked if there was any way I could get the correct sandwich replaced, I would even pay the delivery fee but was told no. I had to come back. I cannot because I have a meeting to attend.

The workers are super disrespectful and disgusting. I watched one of the workers leave the bathroom take my order and after touching the register make my sandwich without washing their hands . I notice they do this slot they will make sandwiches and keep there same gloves on for every sandwich. This is harmful for people with allergies too . I also noticed some workers on their phones sitting up against the counter eating pickles out of the jar . This is very hard to watch while eating a sandwich they just made me . Lastly watching them sniffle and cough then use their hand to wipe it doesn’t sit right with me .

I ordered a meal through the drive thru and paid at the window. I had to go inside the store to pick up my order since I had to use the restroom. Once I was about to leave they claimed that I had not paid yet, which I told them I paid at the drive thru window. They insisted I didn’t pay even though I showed them the pending charge on my credit card. They assured me that the second pending charge will drop. Of course, the duplicate charge did NOT get dropped and BOTH posted on my credit card. I asked for a refund on Monday 10/13. I called back today (10/13) they said the store owner was too busy to deal with my duplicate charge. They said they do not know how long it will take him to take care of it. This is ridiculous!!
