The best thing about this place is the setting. It is right next to a pool and water park. I came here for lunch for the first time yesterday with a large group. We sat outside near the pool. There were fans so it felt okay.

First time at Balmoral last night but will definitely be returning again in the future. The environment is vibrant and fun, the food was amazing and the staff are friendly. The only downside was that it took a while to get our food, but to be fair, they were extremely short staffed!

You get a real resort type feel and the food is terrific. One day we went on a week day and service was fast and they were walking around since there were few people at the pool. The second time was a weekend and the place had a lot more people so service was a bit slower. I would still recommend for sandwiches at the pool.

Waited for over 30 minutes no server in sight. Attempted to order at the bar, never got my food. Another couple had the same issue, there was a family who had just got there and they received their food almost instantly. Ended up leaving without eating. Would not recommend, place looked like fun for the kids, it’s a shame.
