Despite the fact that I’ll be calling corporate to get an understanding regarding the inconsistency in closing hours, the manager this afternoon was very unpleasant. It’s ok that the company doesn’t accommodate every request but to be rude about it when you aren’t given that energy, speaks volumes. The fact that I was watching the manger, watching me through the window, twisting & twirling her neck as she declined my request of purchasing flatbreads, was wild. It’s upsetting especially when I was able to purchase the flatbreads for two days prior. Make it make sense Taco Bell

I ordered via the new computer screen in the lobby then pick up the order in a few minutes. It shortened the wait time by standing line. It was a little busy during lunch hours and the place was 2/3 full when I got there.

10/23/22 not sure what is going on here, but I’ve been in the same position in line for at least the last 10 minutes and have been in line for over half an hour at this point. We’ve reached the point where nothing is happening. They haven’t taken any orders. There’s no one in the window. The same two cars have been at the window for at least 10 minutes. What a poorly ran establishment. Pay these people more money and stop running understaffed shifts. This location is usually super fast. I’m not sure what happened tonight. I’d leave if I could without having to hop a curb. Whoever is managing this place needs a new job.
