I stop by to get dinner for my family and it turn into a horror show. My 12 year went in to pay for the food as I parked at the front door and she came out and said that guy is mean. She said he was rude when she asked was the dressing in the bag. After we looked through the bag I noticed we did not have any dressing after purchasing a 30 piece wing meal. When I walked back in the restaurant,I asked for the dressing and the guy yelled YOU DO NOT GET DRESSING! If you want it you will buy it. I held my wallet up and said that’s fine . I was just asking since we ordered a 30 piece meal. I was going to purchase it but I felt he was being shady so I left.

Worst chicken sandwich ever! Nothing but dry bread, and the wing sauce the chicken breast was dipped in. Fries were cold. I’m never getting a chicken sandwich from there again. If you like wings, they’re great, but just chicken and bread don’t make a sandwich. No cheese, mayonnaise, or anything! Get a chicken sandwich anywhere else. Only go to Wing Stop for wings.

We ordered 100 wings 3 hours before pickup. We drove 30 miles to oxford, picked up all the food. Got home and there was 40 wings missing ($40 worth). We called the store and they said either return all the food for a refund or we will give you $40 credit in store, the GM said they would write it down at the register to come in to redeem the $40. Fast forward, we go in store to redeem and it’s now “too late” and they will give us only 30% off which equaled a savings of about $8. Not $40 like promised. The GM was very unprofessional and pretty much said take it or leave it.

Poor service. They tell you if you are a walk in. It will take a 45 minute wait time. While waiting on your order. It finishes way before the time they give you. So by the time you get you food it cold. The person wait on me was so rude and unprofessional with a nasty attitude her name is Lilliane. 2/12/2023 time 5:32. Food ready at 5:50 didn’t receive until 6:15. I was a walk in but she put curbside order on my ticket. She need to be trained or let go.

Terrible location. 0 in customer service skills. Employee was on FaceTime with someone the entire time I was there. Ignored me and gave all interaction to person on their personal cell phone. Store phone was ringing and employees laughed said we don’t pick up the phone here. Location was filthy. Fountain machine did not have ice. I asked and was told we don’t have ice. All sodas in machine were flat. Food was over cooked, items missing as well. Do not order from this location you will be disappointed. I have never encountered a wing stop similar to this location.

Just go ahead and go across the street to Bim Bam to get wings. Worst customer service. Filthy lobby. Employees look unkempt and frankly disgusting. Order is always wrong. When they get the order wrong, if you attempt to get it corrected ( politely and with respect) they will literally argue with you and refuse to make it correctly, as ordered. The quality of the food is also extremely poor.

I went in and ordered. The guy at the counter said it would be about 10 minutes. I said I’ll wait out in my car. Instead of waving at me or waiting for me to come back in, he brought my order out to me. The fries are awesome. The seasoning tastes like Tony’s Seasoning. It’s delicious. I can’t wait to go back for more.

If I could give no stars I would. I spent $34 on wings. I ordered lemon pepper no flats. Received dripping wet lemon prepped containing flats. The Mgr wanted us to drive 45 miles to bring back wings that same night. I informed her that we could not come back that night as it was already 10 pm. I spoke to another manager on Monday and was told that we should not have been told to bring old food back to the restaurant and promised that we could have our order remade. A week later when going back into Oxford I called to request the order be remade and was told by the same initial manager said that we would have needed to bring back food within 24 hours to have it remade.I will never return to this wing stop because I paid for food that I could not eat and had to trash. I am astounded that there was an expectation that I could drive chicken back post Covid era into a “clean” environment to restaurant. My order was incorrect on all accords.

I placed an online order tonight and when I arrived to pick it up the employees came with so much energy when welcoming my sister and I as we walked through the door. I appreciate you guys. In the past years the customer was terrible so I haven’t been back since. But tonight I decided to try Wing Stop again and customer service was on point. Food was also ready soon as I arrived. I do plan to eat here again and will definitely spread the word. Thank you team. ❤️
