Hands down one of the worst Starbucks experiences. Mobile ordering is supposed to be CONVENIENT!!!!! Waiting 45 min for coffee is crazy!!! The drive thru staff is always better than inside. But go to Prince Frederick Starbucks. The best in SoMD!!!!!

Our Barista Rachel was SO sweet! Everytime we come into target we make a stop in here! I’m the coffee drinker but my husband is not, however Rachel gave us a few suggestions that she thought he would like and offered him a lemonade ( ) she worked at a fast pace and we hope to see her next time we come in! So I asked for a venti white chocolate creme frappuccino and with no ice with caramel drizzle on top and tbh I already knew they wouldn’t make it but the only thing they said was oh we cant make that because it would mess it up well if they had a strainer to flush out the ice and keep the drink that would work but instead I got a iced mocha frap with no ice and some caramel on the walls of my drink which I couldn’t even taste. And then my total was 7 dollars… seven dollars for a drink with milk and caramel on the walls I did ask for no coffe but at least put some whip creme on top to add the caramel on the top. Next time try to satisfy your customers instead of making more money for yourselves
