Ordered my food , was asked was I paying over the phone, I declined stated I’d wait until my food is delivered. She made a little sound and then hung up. Didn’t give me an estimate a bye a nothing. That young lady was very rude. Waited for my pizza to have the delivery driver call me and say they don’t deliver to my location. I was mad because I know I gave this girl the correct address, the delivery driver trying to coming at me like I was the issue. i even stated the hotel name. So i hang up with the driver since he can’t deliver my pizza. I just went out to eat. The delivery driver had the nerve to call me back. Like sir you made it clear you wasn’t delivering my way. Very unprofessional. Glad I didn’t pay before hand

This is the worse experience I ever had. Bunch unfit employees. I get there 6 people trying to figure all kinds mistakes made of other customers. When they finally get to me they asked my name twice. I don’t know who that little girl is who answered the phone but she gotta go!!! She is extremely rude and inpatient. I asked for some marinara sauce she act like I was speaking a whole different language and then say the order is completed we can’t do nothing like huh boo I asked for a side stupid and she proceeded to put me on hold and come back like “hello can I help you”. I went to pickup my pizza and it looks horrible. It looks like someone put their thumb on it and the garlic sauce was opened, spilled all over it. The Juan the closing manager was very nasty and needs to be fired. People stop going there to buy pizza, go somewhere else.

They’ve gone downhill unfortunately. Everytime I come to pick up my order they always, always miss something and the pizza that I get is somtimes soggy or not cooked properly at all. One time they put way, way too much sauce on the pizza and it was completely soggy and tasted horrible. Avoid this place.
