Tuesday I tried the unwich version of a sandwich the other day and found it hard to eat with the paper wrapping. Tonight I tried it again. This time unwrapping it and placing it onto a plate and eating it like a steak lol…fork and knife! It worked out sweet!

Ordered two sandwiches to be delivered, and one of them had a fake finger nail in it. Called the store and the manager said they would refund my order and send me an email confirmation. Its been over a week and a half and neither of those things have occurred.

Stopped by today around 1:30 to have lunch with a friend the Gentleman and the Lady running the store were very nice and friendly. I sat with a friend and the whole time they seemed to be the only 2 working but that did not stop them from getting our food out quickly and with a smile. And as we sat there longer we realized that they seemed to be short staffed but both keep a great attitude and worked hard. Also the bread and freshness of the veggies were amazing. We will be back not only for the food but for the hospitality the crew showed.

Associates always seem to care less about serving each of my 3 visits to this location. But what prompted this review was the health violation committed by the assoi0ciate named Jupi3ter. I witnessed him gqrab aynd move a trh7hash can while looking for an item, then continue to make sandwiches with the same gloves on. I picked up my sandwich and immediately threw it away to avoid any food born illness. I avoided confrontation, however, I feel the associates working today could care less.

Was in the area on a layover and was looking for something quick to eat. We decided on jimmy johns because they were very close by. The person taking the order was not very friendly at! I was then informed that they ran out of turkey for the night. I said fine can you just substitute another meat then? She said I can for an UP CHARGE! I then asked why I would be up charged for a meat because they didn’t have any! I mean they were gonna charge me FULL price for a sandwich that was missing its key ingredient! SMH bad business jimmy johns.
