Ordered thru drive thru, first time at canes ordered a combo asked for EXTRA fries instead of coleslaw…. this is how many fries i received . waste of $12 and they forgot my extra sauce that i paid extra for luckily i went inside and the kid gave me 2 extra for the inconvenience, wish i would’ve looked at the fries as i would’ve brought those in as well cause that’s ridiculous.

I was ordering and the girl couldn’t even hear me bc everyone in the drive thru window was being soooo loud I couldn’t even hear her myself even the manager was standing there! A woman with a grey shirt. && I repeatedly asked for extra sauce bc she couldn’t hear me and I still didn’t get my extra sauce. At some point I was wondering if anyone was even cooking food everyone was just in their own world. && on top of it the god was super greasy. I love Canes but I will never come to this location again.

I had been craving for a fried chicken sandwich a few weeks ago, so I went to the nearest place that serves it. They gave me the worst sandwich I had ever had. It seemed to be to me that this sandwich had been sitting there for days. Then, the next day I was still with the strong desire to eat a good fried chicken sandwich, so, I decided to drive a longer distance to the place where I have always had the best fried chicken, and to my surprise, for the first time in many years, their fried chicken was not as good as the usual. I felt so frustrated not being able to satisfy the craving I had. I didn’t care how much it cost!

Canes employees can’t follow SIMPLE instructions. Elizabeth (the who was working the drive thru) was taking my order. I even had her read it back to me just to make sure everything was entered correctly. One of the main things I order was a large sweet tea and a large lemonade with light ice. Why did I get two sweet teas?!?! Where is the lemonade?! How do read the order back and still get it wrong?! Smh

I was at Cane’s in Allen and had a great experience! The cashier Justin had a very welcoming smile and was very sweet! The food came out hot which makes me very happy since I can’t stand cold fries. I’d go back to this Cane’s just to see the smiling faces again!

First time at this location. As always, the food is great at Cane’s. Facility was clean. Employees attention to customers wasn’t as par as you normally expect at Cane’s and it took longer than normal to get food. They may have been having an “off” night. The drive thru was busy! This wouldn’t stop me from returning to this location.

There is absolutely no reason… NO REASON AT ALL to serve a customer frites like this! This is absolutely disgusting. They are soggy, cold and old AF! I was in a rush and didn’t check my order (that’s my fault) but if I had I drained would have gotten a refund. People are spending their hard earned monies with them and they are serving trash!
