I ordered a Mexican street corn grain bowl. They gave me a Buffalo chicken grain bowl. It has franks red hot sauce on it and no corn. I brought it back and told them there had been a mistake and the lady working there got immediately aggressive with me, arguing that it was what I ordered. I saw right away I wasn’t going to be getting what I ordered so I just left. HORRIBLE service. Don’t bother with this place.

Bread was hard. Mushroom soup had a strange taste and no signs of mushrooms. Tuna did taste fresh. All served on a flimsy paper plate (asked for a tray and was told COVID restrictions did not allow them). Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This Zoups in Novi is now under new management. It has been remodeled and looks very nice. Good variety of soup and sandwiches served hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful to your needs. I do recommend.

I ordered a Fiesta Salad for my wife. She asked for balasmic dressing, then changed her mind and wanted a ranch. I went to the counter to ask for a side of ranch. The woman working the counter said she needed to see the salad. I walked back to my table, got the salad and returned with it. The woman behind the counter then told me that my salad was not allowed to have ranch. Didn’t even offer to let me pay for it, just flat out said no.

Food is better than I remembered it to be. Love the soup sampling – so many great options to choose from! The combo option offers a good lunch portion. A bit more money than I usually care to spend on lunch but the ingredients are quality. Speed of service and friendliness is on par with other restaurants in the area.

Soup tasted like it had been sitting out there for days. Bread was stale. I went through two pops in the machine to find one that tasted normal. All that and the customer service was dreadful. Would not recommend this place.

In my group of three we got two mediterranean chickpea bowls, a bacon mac and cheese, a pesto cheddar sandwich and three drinks. The price was around 40$ with is decent for the amount of food but not the quality. The chickpeas where either crunchy or rock hard. The mac and cheese came with bacon that was cold and pie crust which just ruined the taste of the meal. I suggest asking for it with out the topping if possible.

Extremely slow service. They need a better system for getting through quick orders ( people who just want a cup of soup) vs complicated orders (people who want a custom sandwich or salad). I went next door to taste of Himalaya and was served a full hearty delicious meal in 2 minutes while my girlfriend waited for 15 minutes to be served a bowl of soup. It could have been so much faster if they had a better system. The soup was tasty though
