It’s 10pm, your drive thru closes at 11pm or 12am from my past experience. It’s very unprofessional to keep all your buildings lights ‘ON’ confusing the customers. Not acceptable, people do eat late night such as wanting your munchies meal, and you can’t serve us at 10pm? Store is accepting carry out orders at 6pm, walk to the resturant from the hotel across to the street to find the lobby locked up. Regardless of being open, have to drive back in a car to pick up my order and near 30 minutes passed its ready time. Zero concern was shown for the situation, not even an apology.
