This location looked updated and nice. To bad they didn’t update the employees. When we first walked in all the staff was talking and standing around. As we got to the counter we had to wait for them to finish the conversation. It was nice that the girl who waited on me to pull her shirt sleeve up so I could see the naked woman tattoo on her arm. I had to repeat my order a few times. Then it was nice to see one of her coworkers come over and announce that another worker is, ” dropping a duce”. I asked the girl again if my coffee had the flavor in it and she said yes. As I took a sip down the road. She made it wrong. There was no napkins in sight. Floor had some paper trash and tables needed to be clean but I guess the conversation was more important.

Its definitely a dunkin… but if you go I suggest just going through the drive through. Last time I ordered inside not even 2 minutes went by and the cops raided the building and arrested the customer sitting on the floor… but 3 stars because they still made the guys coffee and served him it to enjoy on the ride to the federal prison.

There were 3 women talking to a window customer when I came in. I was there ( 7 minutes ) before they decided to come over to me. I was clearing my throat & saying hello, & they continued to ignore me. It wasn’t until another customer came inside that they came to the counter. I would recommend to anyone, to go somewhere else if your looking for good customer service.
