Traveling on I-70 and stopped for breakfast. What a jewel of a diner this place is. Best omelette (chicken) that I have ever eaten and my husband said his was delicious too (steak) Maria is a Super nice waitress and the friendly locals were nice to us strangers…plus Chapman is a cool little town … beautiful park and old stone buildings.

The place was very clean in the eating area and was a lot better than most big chain places. The breakfast food was below average in my opinion, the eggs were not “real” eggs. They were honestly a lot like hotel eggs so for the $35 odd dollars we paid I thought our breakfast would be better. The servers were young adults maybe high school aged and were mostly on their phones. I think some further training would go a long way to improving the experience.

Philly cheesesteak and onion rings were delicious and made fresh to order. In addition, the ranchero omelet was delicious and made fresh to order too. Restaurant was clean and staff were welcoming. Great experience!

This place, hands down delicious!! Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was top notch!! We are so happy to have stumbled on to grandma’s house. The warm homemade hot sauce, was the cherry on top!
