I was traveling through and stopped to get a bite to eat from my mother and I and while she ate. I was fixing my headlights on my car and all of a sudden. Was completely rude and told me. I needed to move out of the handicap spot. When my mom is 78 years old and it was her handicap tag. She doesn’t like for me to drive while she eats. I was told that I needed to move. So some real handicap people can come parking that spot. It was completely dead zero business was going on. I wish I would have thrown my food back at her. Because The roast beef spud was nasty. Potato was three days old. That was a potato my mom was holding up

Decided to stop through on the way through town. Love McAlister’s but this location was absolutely terrible. Ordered two salads and some soup waited an hour for it. Everybody that ordered behind us got food before us. Our order was given to someone else and we had to ask twice to have it remade because they forgot.

Waited over an hour for my to go order. Took 50 minutes and me asking 3 different people for them to realize that they had mistaken my order for a Doordash order. They remade the Doordash order after I had been waiting for about 15 minutes, but didn’t remake mine until almost an hour later. The manager offered me a free dessert, which I appreciate. But I’m pretty unimpressed with how long it took for them to realize they never remade my order.

Went here today with my husband for lunch and I’ll just say McAlister’s is just not the same. The lady that helped us, acted like she didn’t want to be there. My husband asked for onions on his salad as well as extra dressing, and he didn’t get it. He barely had any lettuce on his plate. I also ordered a salad and it was missing tortilla strips and apparently they ran out and didn’t tell me. Also I ordered the nacho basket and they didn’t give me the jalapenos that came with it. I just feel like whenever someone places an order please double check everything that needs to come with it, and also read the the order back to the customer. They way we don’t have to wave a customer down for extra dressing, condiments, napkins, etc…. Poor customer service here, and will not be returning!

I ordered lunch thru Doordash and my bowl of soup which cost me 7.99 is half full!! Tried calling and phone just rang for like 4.5 mins….super disappointed especially since inflation I should have at least got a full bowl of soup!!! We will see if this gets addressed! If not I’ll be super sad because I won’t go here again to be ripped off even though I really like this place.

More upscale than any.other sandwich shop, yet has plenty options that are typical of a sandwich shop. The freshness and quality of the food is excellent! The salads and sandwiches are huge. The prices were actually surprisingly not bad for the quality. Everything is served on plates and you use real silverware (not plastic and paper). The workers were polite and efficient. I wish we had a McCallisters where I live. It has a very modern,clean atmosphere and I wouldn’t consider this fast food place. The plate of naches was huge. Super in love with this place, during our 7 day vacation we are here twice in 2 different states!
