I went on lunch and got a kids meal which was REALLY a kids meal. That lil sample was so good and a tease!! I went back and ordered the family meal and extras that same evening. I hope it stays good. Could have given more beef in the beef and broccoli . The shrimp are beyond awesome and a super tease!! Wondering how many orders I need ro fill me up?!

Had a bad experience at the Panda Express on Morganton near Cross Creek Mall.. decided to give this new location a try… but had another awful experience. Spent $80. Had to wait for the food, while they continued to serve other customers. I asked for Spring Rolls for having to wait and was told they can’t do that. Then we found hair in one of the plates. The best the manager would do is only refund the one plate. But the manager did not apologize or speak to me about my complaints… I will not eat at another Panda Express because both experiences have been bad and no management to try to make the bad experience better. The owner of the franchises here in Fayetteville obviously does not care either.

Once again they left something off my order . I decided to try this location because the location at cross creek is ridiculously unorganized so I figured I would give this place a try ! Portion sizes are much smaller than the other place and to my surprise they forgot something in my order ! Luckily I checked my order in the parking lot ! I’ve honestly never seen an establishment so unorganized! It’s really weird because it’s not like they rush to do anything ! They move ultra slow and yet still manage to forget items in your order ! I’m done with the establishment! They don’t care so I don’t either ! Food isn’t that good to be getting stressed out over !

Good and delicious food but horrible service. They need new employees or something on Raeford road. The past two times I have went I have had to wait 45 mins each time for them to cook brown rice. Also this is at like 2 in the afternoon. How can you not have rice cooked at that time of the day. It’s not hard to start preparing rice once you see your rice is at the half way mark. It’s really ridiculous that someone going through the drive thru has to wait that long for a bowl of honey sesame chicken with brown rice.

I went through the drive thru, and my order was ready for pickup. I have to find some things that are not so spicy , the new sizzling shrimp is spicy, and the orange chicken is spicy. The lo mein needs more flavor . I hope this helps my viewers

No salt or pepper packets no sweet tea and when asked for they said sorry we are out it’s 530 in the evening. Food was bland and orange chicken was not spicy was just sweet. Had a hair on one piece
