Don’t come to this location!! My boyfriend and I ordered hot fudge sundaes and upon giving it to us, they proceeded to tell us that they are out of hot fudge! There is no communication in this establishment. I do not recommend the peanut butter.

I’m now caught in a line of cars at the drive through for 35 minutes! I can’t leave. This is horrible. All I wanted was some ice cream. . The manager here needs to do some sort of overall, because it’s just not working. If a car in front of a line is waiting on something, have them pull forward to a waiting spot. Do not stack cars behind for this long.

Nonexistent. They’re open but no one is answering the drive up. I pulled up to the window to find one person there not doing anything. I get people are short staffed but come on. Might as well shut down BOTH since corporate doesn’t care to fix this issue. The only other location has been just as bad if not worse years. You can’t blame it on COVID anymore. Either fix it or put up signs that you’re closed.

Staff was friendly.. .besides that dirty and gross place. We finally got to the drive up window it was filthy, gal at the window was picking her ears touching her face constantly… also ordered a caramel mocha chip shake and received what seemed a melted vanilla blizzard with large chocolate pieces at the bottom of the cup. Order was for dessert last night 7-3

Food was stale I ordered 2 chicken strip baskets with extra gravy in one and gravy and honey mustard in the other only received 1 gravy and 1 honey mustard. Service was not great had to go inside cause drive through was closed lack of employees. Got home didn’t even finish because it was so awful. Atmosphere was dirty. 26$ for what it was yucky

They are chronically short-staffed. Maybe if they paid their workers better, more people would work there and there wouldn’t always be a line of irritated people waiting for their orders. * * * After posting this initial review, I got a perfunctory reply from DQ, which asked me to try them again. I did, and spent 20 minutes waiting on a Blizzard.

Really really long wait for an ice cream (like 30 minutes). They are totally understaffed and the poor lady working there seemed the only employee left. She was working really really hard but can’t keep up. The drive thru is shut down now and the inside is kinda gross. Not sure how this stays in business. It’s so bad.

My fiance and I went to pick up a mobile order at the Hwy 97 location in Bend. We were there on 7/31 and it said our order would be ready at 5:40pm and we were there until 6:30pm as well as many others (about 12 people) in line waiting for their orders. They never called us up and it turns out they had our food sitting for at least half an hour. We ate soggy food and we both got nauseous and I even got sick. This is the most disappointing visit with DQ (not to mention the one hour wait time at the other location on Empire Ave here in Bend). That was wasted time and money and loss of appetite for visiting again. I hope this gets sent to corporate and switch whoever is in charge of these locations and finally fix the terrible service we’ve received multiple times. Thank you.
