I’ve been to a lot of MOD pizzas all over the country and this one is about middle of the pack. They don’t stand out like others. Customer service was a slow (we were early for the rush too) but they only had 3 employees working there. Says more about management than the employees due to the fact that it’s Saturday at lunchtime. Clean store and ingredients were good. Like I said nothing to write home about but not horrible.

I guess it’s what most people would call on the pricey side, but hey it’s sky’s the limit on customization & a pretty good selection of ingredients. Customer service at this location has always been great. Bottom line, I know if I go here I’m gonna be satisfied, wife and family too. We usually have leftovers to take home. Well with the price if you ask me!

Not cheap, but no limit on extra toppings. We usually order a few different MOD sizes and go with their menu items and then add extra toppings. Last time, one of ours was burned or dropped… dunno, but the guy had to remake and rebake. They forgot to add feta and parm. Besides that, MOD is MOD. it’s a franchise and the quality is the same always. Dependable. Fresh. Thin crusts and gluten free option.

My gluten free pizza had a bunch of burnt ash on it and a huge chunk of black burnt unrecognizable yuck. Worst trip ever. Typically a good place but definitely falling behind in quality checking and cleaning!

I know everyone has bad days I get it, but don’t take it out on the people picking up orders. When I told her I had a pick up order she did say anything. I then asked for an extra ranch and she handed it to me, I nicely said thank you ma’am she didn’t say nothing back. Maybe talk to your oven lady and ask her to try and be more friendly.

Pizza was great as usual and as usual the gentleman “cutting” the pizza just doesn’t like his job or is just bad at doing it. I challenge management to try and eat a pizza this has cut. No To-Go boxes was at the beverage station. Had to ask the who can’t cut a pizza for two small boxes. After a sign and somewhat of an eye roll, got us the two boxes. We were there 4/16/23 between 5 and 6. I know MOD pizza won’t go out of business, if we stopped eating there. But there just as many places in that immediate area that would happy take the $40-$50 we just spent their. The high school couple making out in one the booths and another high school couple making out at one of the new patio tables was especially not too appetizing.

The pizza I had made was delicious. Thin mod with spicy chicken sausage, pepperoni, blue cheese, mozzarella, jalepeno, bacon, black olives, and mushrooms. This pizza should be on the menu because it was amazing. I also enjoyed the crazy high calorie berry lemonade. The place has outdoor and indoor seating. The main seating area was crazy loud but the side was tolerable.

1st time ordering from MOD pizza. Got the Mega (11 inch “thick crust”). First of all, this isn’t thick crust. It’s a regular sized crust( to the rest of the USA). Second, there’s barely any cheese or sauce on more than half the pizza towards the outer diameter. 3rd, taste is mediocre. Not quite sure how they got 4.5 stars out of approx. 700 reviews at the time of writing this.
