My boyfriend and I went here for dinner last night and the food was great! The staffing and management of this restaurant was egregiously horrible. We’re very reasonable people and understand that a lot of places are understaffed so normally it’s whatever I don’t care at all! However, there were about 6 tables seated in the entire restaurant, a lot of waitstaff, and no one would help us. The manager and most of his waitstaff stood around laughing and talking off to the side the entire time we were there, even though customers were visibly not getting serviced. Finally a waitress came from serving the bar area to get our orders. She was awesome!! Unfortunately she was running ragged around the entire restaurant because her manager and coworkers left her out to dry while they were having the time of their lives chilling by the bathrooms. They were the only ones in the restaurant having fun LOL

Ordered delivery from here with my roommate. We got 20 boneless wings and they sent us bone in. We got them to send a new delivery and they did the exact same thing. Both receipts clearly say boneless. Never had an order be 100% correct at this location.

Went into the Muncie location with my boyfriend and 2 children.. my son is less than a year old. We were seated at a booth by the wall.. I had to go back and ask the hostess for a high chair that she didn’t bring to us.. there wasn’t any by the location they kept them. Then she stated well you can’t sit at the booth and have a high chair in the isle.. so we had to then move over to a different table (with no assistance). Then there was a team of about 6 people looking for a high chair, after we were asked about 3 times if a boaster seat would work.. he was/is obviously a baby. So, no that wouldn’t have worked. We then had to leave because they didn’t not have a high chair for us to be seated..

Wings are always great, service is perfect too depending on who your server is! We love Maddie and Tyler, but have had some others that weren’t as awesome! Thursday is a great day because of their deal to go, but expect it to be crowded and to wait longer!!

Warning do not go here on the weekend. $20 for 10 small boneless wings and some fries. The only thing good here were the wing sauces and I had decent waitress. Super expensive food of Mediocre quality. But if you like over paying and being stuck in a building filled with screaming kids, then its your place.

Party of 6 (4 adults 2 kids) arrived a little before 8 pm. Restaurtant was less than half full. Took 10 minutes to get drinks another 10-15 minutes before we placed food order. About 9:10 asked to either cancel order or box it to go because it was a school night for the kids and we had received no food at this point, other tables seated well after us we were starting to get food. Took food to go.

I ordered to go and my tater tots with cheese in top were so overcooked that I couldn’t separate them from the side of the box. There was also multiple short white hairs in my wings (I have long red hair). So you could say I didn’t/wasn’t able to eat my $25 worth of food. So disappointing.
