I would give 0 star for customer service. I made online purchase on 8/22. Pick up time is between 5:19-5:35 pm. I got there at 5:42 pm (seven minutes late). There was no food. Apparently, they didn’t prepare the food and took back and forth to look at the order. The younger staff was giving the nasty attitude (no need to say thanks or friendly ). But I didn’t give her hard time or rude to her, she should just drop the nasty attitude. The manager should hire ppl with less shady attitude.

Despite the fact that the food was excellent, the server was really rude and yelled at me when I asked about the sauces. I didn’t know the names of the sauces because it was my first time at the restaurant , and I was yelled at by the lady behind the counter for merely pointing to the sauce. I’m not sure if a good meal is worth the humiliating experience in front of a crowd. I suppose it depends on the time and the person working the counter; I hope others who want to visit gets a better experience.

Tasty food! The chicken and hummus were delicious. The portion is large. The service is great and you have two long tables where to eat inside. I highly recommend it.

This delicious spot is downstairs the New York Plaza building. One of the many food destinations in this mini mall, I was super impressed with their fast service, friendly employees, and laid back atmosphere. I got the chicken shawarma bowl with rice, super greens, pickled turnips and cucumbers, garlic fluff, yogurt and cucumber mix, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes, and spicy red sauce.

Great food. Can’t go wrong with anything here and is a nice mix up from the usual bowl places like chipotle.

Everyone that I know has had Naya, loves it and I’m not an exception. It’s a very reliable food chain, its consistently good and one of the most reasonable priced lunch options in FiDi IMO. Healthy/balanced-ish too if you’re looking for that. Staff is nice too.

Tried this place when we visited Wall Street and nearby attractions. It was the closest place to get a shawarma and looked promising. It didn’t disappoint though, the toppings were really good and came in a considerably good size. The staff were good and customized your order accordingly. The pita bread is the usual you get around and not the specific kuboos I was looking for. However overall I rate this place great for a quick shawarma.

My absolute favorite lunch destination at work. I get cravings for the delicious Kafta Lamb Kebabs unless I get to eat them once a week. The bed of vermicelli rice is familiar enough yet slightly different to pique curiosity of your palate. Toppings of hummus, baba ghannouj, and garlic spread are must haves. Be warned – the onion parsley mix is somewhat strong, and the jalapeños are outright spicy (and I say this as someone culturally familiar with hot and spicy).

One of the best lunch options in the FiDi area – I get it at least 1-2 times per week.
