Life is all about balance right?! I’m always on the hunt for a healthy, quick lunch spot downtown during the work week. I recently was treated to lunch at Earth Inspired Salads in the Alcoa building, across from Hotel Monaco, Kimpton. Love a place where I can build a healthy salad with all the fun tasty fixin’s Plus it’s a great spot to support local as Earth works with local communities, farmers and sustainable partners! All around a lunch spot to feel good about.

I got the Bovine bleu salad. It was a really big salad with good quality ingredients. I got the avocado ranch dressing and it was really good. The bread that came with my salad was good and fresh. I will definitely be back.
