Okay so let’s not over think this. It’s great food so we far as fast food goes the food is usually pretty good quality, and there are a decent amount of healthy options, and the service has always been excellent. So for fast food it gets a five. Chick-fil-A would be the only fast food restaurant that would beat Panda hands duran when it comes to fast food.

It was the worst decision to have gone to that specific Panda Express. Some of the things we ordered were poorly prepared, they probably didn’t follow good food hygiene practices, and they hadn’t cleaned the area where they prepared the food. In conclusion, my whole family suffered from food poisoning for nearly a week, and we had to visit the doctor to manage the poisoning. I don’t usually leave comments, but this is to alert other customers. I recommend thoroughly checking this place in terms of food hygiene and preparation.

I went there and they were out of almost every item including fried rice. I got broccoli beef, one of the few items they had and they gave me almost nothing. Just a few pieces of broccoli and 2 or 3 tiny pieces of beef. Look at my photos and tell me how any place could serve this to a customer and think it’s ok. What a horrible Panda Express, I can’t believe I wasted my time and money here. I’m never going here again

It’s dumb that you sit at the drive through speaker for 15 – 20 min before they will take your order and then another 15 – 20 min at the window to get your food. This isn’t a one time occurrence as it happens every time. I got in line at 7:05 and didn’t pay until 7:35 and didn’t receive my food until 7:46.

Drive thru almost never works! So why have it? They only take your order inside or when they feel like it, they will close the store to and say drive thru order only! Like, come on now which one is it? Post a dam sign or something, so ppl don’t wait in drive thru for 15 -20 mins for you to tell them to go inside.

We have to take a little bit of the bad with a little bit of the good. the wait was excessively long in the Drive-Thru and there was only three cars ahead of me. On a good note they were out of bowl so everybody gets a plate for the price of your bowl. For the entree they still gave you one size entree but for the side item they loaded the container full.

I stopped by to get dinner after running some errands and the drive through was out of order; I found out that they’re having headset issues later on. Well, I parked and went in, they were out of the steamed vegetables and that took about five minutes to resolve. Overall though, it was a decent experience.
