My family went to Chipotle to pick up lunch today. We had 4 orders of 3 tacos. Apparently they weren’t in the mood to make tacos. I’ve included pics of the results. I literally don’t think they could have done a worse job if they tried. They plopped 3 tortillas in a tin, slipped on some meat, skipped the toppings and wrapped them up. Obviously if I would have been there I’d have cancelled and walked out, unfortunately my family was intimidated by the workers terrible attitude and actually paid for this nonsense! $60 wasted.

I was at this chipotle today to purchase just a small bag of chips. Because there were only 2 bags left. I then asked was there a freash batch. The server told me yes… they just came up. He said, yeah sure. He went into the back…. and cam back out and said… the manager said… the fresh batch was for a catering party. So I asked for a refund. The on duty manager named Yusuf. Came to the front to give me a refund. I asked him… you know it’s only about 15 to 20 chips that make up a small bag. He told me… yes. He know. I replied, 15 to 20 is not going to make that much of a difference. He handed me my receipt. See attached pictures. While sitting there in the lobby writting this complaint out, the fresh chips for catering were placed out for sale. babbO Italian Eatery is where I am now.

I waited a while to post this review as I did not want to post in anger. Unfortunately I still feel angry at the terrible service and complete ineptitude of the employees of this location. I had an online order for 8 people placed and showed up 5 minutes early to the store. At time, store was empty. I wait, some people come in, their food is made they go. Still nothing. More people come in and a line now forms. Its now 8 minutes after the pickup time. I inquire as to the delay, at first I was told the order had been made but that was untrue. Then a worker found the order at the front of the line. It was never started. Now I am close to 20 minutes after pick up time. I literally jumped in line and said you are making mine now before they started working on it. Then the order was made wrong missing chips and drinks. I checked before I left and made sure they made it correctly.

I need the management team at this chipotle to see this, I’ve always had a really good experience here, but the two employees, Shaquille and Jacob make my day every single time I walk in the door!!! Please seriously consider a raise for the both of them! They are the hardest working people that I’ve ever seen about chipotle, and they always go above and beyond to make sure that my day goes well and I am off with a Good bag 🙂 I probably would not eat here if it were not for them. Again, I want to shout out Shaquille and Jacob specifically for being a great asset to the team. They deserve a raise 100%.

It’s a great place for a quick bite. The cheese quesadilla with guac, sour cream, and pinto beans definitely hit the spot with its gooey cheese and just a bit of heat. The service was excellent as always, and you can count on a smile!

Instantly went downhill with this new group of people in store. I used to never have issues, but ever since the change of workers I’ve seen here it’s been nothing but 40+ minute delays, closing 90 minutes early, and then I just had a refund due to that and they proceeded to charge me again, voiding the refund and telling me I need to call the chipotle help line to get my issue resolved…it felt like a scam the cashier was doing to make a quick extra $15.
