Fries have been nasty the last few times I have been here, like they just leave fries sit. Ask for it fresh here, especially for the price. Now it should be hot food! Asked for no sauce or onions on my burger and still had sauce and onions, plus waited forever… Not been back to McDonald’s since had bad food in Brooklyn, clinton and tecumseh.

It was slow getting to order. May have had a new employee. The fries were fresh and hot. The frappe tasted good, but the hamburger tasted meh and the consistency was like it had been cooked too long. They were friendly at both windows though.

Used drive-thru 10 min before close. My card wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash to cover the cost ($7). The manager was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation and rather then throwing the order away, allowed me to have it anyway.

Misplaced my meal ticket. No big deal. Pull forward to the second spot like I was asked. Fifteen minutes later they have forgotten me. I call and the manager comes out with a miffed look on her face as if me asking for my food was an inconvenience. That was sincerely the worst service I’ve ever received at any McDonalds. I’m sure I’ll be back out of lack of choice but really crazy stuff.

Ordered thier new Spicy Bacon Chicken sandwich and it had no bacon and it was luke warm and the fries were cold! The wait staff was nice and friendly though that is the only good thing I can say. Why didn’t I take it back, well because I was already about 5 miles down the road and didn’t have the time to go back, or I would of!

Went through the drive thru. Ordered about 20 bucks worth of food. Pulled up to the first window and they had lost the order. Reordered and payed. Pulled up and was told to pull ahead and wait for it to be brought out. Waited 40 minutes. Left in disgust. I will never go here again and implore everyone else to do the same.

I was directed to “off” their timer, so they had us pull around in a downpour. The poor young lady who brought out the food was drenched by the time she reentered the building. All to keep the “at the window time” down. I believe this was unfair to the young employee.

Rude employees. No soap in the women’s restroom. No hand sanitizer either. It’s only 8:50 pm, sign says open until 10pm. Employee saying we need to leave the dining room because they are closing.
