My experience was fantastic! Not only was the service quick but it was an excellently made sandwich. I tried the New Beefy Black and Bleu. Delicious thick cut roast beef. Sauces were horseradish and Bleu cheese crumbles. The mixture was absolutely phenomenal. This is why Jimmy John’s is a gourmet sandwich shop.

Customer service was terrible! Called and ordered a sandwich. I order from this place probably 2-3 a week. I love JJ. The guy who answered was very short and rude. I got the sandwich and it was wrong. I called and asked nicely t for them to remake it. He called me a liar and told me that if I brought it in he would make exactly the same.

Not enough workers. Locked the front door so no one could get in or out. FIRE HAZARD. Have been waiting more than 20 minutes. Still no food. Left after 30 minutes. 7 orders in front of us. Workers were throwing receipts on top of counter so they were not made in order. Several people who came after us were served before us. DO NOT GO HERE .

This store deserves a raise! 7/30/21 lunch time was crazy – they all had tons and tons of orders from online to in person, and you know what…they did amazing. They were working hard – smiling still, and you could tell they had their hands full. They dont have easy jobs but man do they make it look easy. The teamwork shown…this is why I go to Jimmy Johns. And id like to make a special shout out to those two ladies hustling to make those sandwiches – I see you! This was a good experience even if I did have to wait a few minutes.

I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the food here and overall it’s pretty quick. There have been occasions where they’re slammed with to-go orders so they’re far from freaky fast. But overall it’s a decent place to get a quick lunch when you only have a limited amount of time.

This location is quickly on the decline! I ordered a veggie sub today. It took 2 individuals to make my sandwich I waited about 19 minutes for said sandwich and when I finally opened it up the sandwich was covered in oil, missing toppings. This was a complete disaster and I am finished going to this location. Maybe there needs to be better training or better supervision.
