Stumbled across this place while spending a weekend nearby at an Airbnb and it is absolutely amazing! The portions are big, food is awesome (highly recommend the hush puppies and their milkshakes), staff is super friendly, they come right out to your car to take your order and bring it out in a timely manner. Can’t wait to make a trip back and stop here again! 10/10 recommend!

Wasn’t sure what to expect but someone came to my car fairly quickly, took my order and returned very quickly with said order. Nicely done cheeseburger and fries. Burger was very good and I liked the crinkle cut fries. My only complaint is there are no descriptions on the menu. Would definitely go again if I find myself in Hillsville.

Curb service only (not even a plastic picnic table for motorcyclists/pedestrians who want to eat there…). Service itself is very quick – someone came up to us within seconds of us parking. Food took about five minutes to come out after ordering, and it was all really good.

Cheeseburger and rings – yes, yes, yes! We came at approximately 30 minutes until closing so the expectation was not grand. It was beyond good.. even the tomato (out of season) – was thick and juicy but not watery. We were traveling through and just happened to stop and look for a local hole. We go to Durham often from TN and this may become a permanent stop for us. My SO said she would drive over just to eat there. Almost 2 hours 1 way for a burger is too much for me but that speaks to how good it was and a welcome surprise.

Waited 30 minutes for ice cream and it was never brought out. Plenty of other people that came after me got their orders just fine. No excuse to be waiting that long for some ice cream!
