If you go to waffle house expecting a fine dining experience, you’re going to be disappointed. Set your expectations and standards lower and you’ll be alright or do like we do and only go when you’re hungover. Lol. Their waffles are delicious, the staff is friendly and tries hard to make your experience smooth, even the ones in training.

Sent an email to headquarters about this a week ago but still haven’t gotten a reply. Ordered a waffle after getting off work and had part of a PLASTIC BAG baked inside. The male cook who claimed to be the “manager” tried to blame the previous shift for the mistake even though he cooked my food and offered to cook me another from the same batter! I said no and just wanted a refund to which he tried to say I couldn’t get but the female sales associate gave me one after telling him she could do it. He didn’t seem to care and I’m pretty sure he didn’t change the batter either because he walked away and went back to cooking.

My mother and I truly enjoy this particular Waffle house. Staff Ci Ci and Heavenly always go beyond duties to make sure customers are satisfied. They need a eaise. They are the reason why I go out of my way to return. You guys rock!!

This experience was absolutely the worst. I do not recommend this location. Unfortunately, the service was terrible, we didn’t get drinks until after the food came out. I won’t even go into the details, because it was so bad. Spare yourself the trouble and save yourself some money because it was definitely not worth it.

I like the food at waffle house but they need better cleaning protocols. None of the tables have been wiped off there was food, syrup, something sticky everywhere. The cups and silverware they bought us were dirty. The staff seemed to be overworked and tired. After our meal it took another 15 minutes just for her to get the bill together so we could pay to leave. And when I was signing my receipt a roach crawled out going towards a plate that was sitting on the table that had not been cleaned up. If you eat in just check for bugs before sitting down and only use the styrofoam cups and plastic silverware.

The Cook and the waitress was wonderful. I know it’s not there fault the company needs to have someone to come out and spray for roaches. When roaches start crawling on top of your dinner table, it’s a problem. I tried calling but this company don’t take phone calls. So if you will get the place sprayed.
