Five stars for every piece of fresh ingredients they use for their dishes. They use an actual wok that really seals in the flavor. This is our first time dining here since we usually go by their drive thru. Food is ready faster than a typical food chain. Food still warm and if youre lucky it would still be hot off the wok since they always cook a new batch. Employees were friendly as always

Overall, the services and atmosphere are great. The plate meat portions and taste are excellent. However, several meat compliments were lacking (dried out spring rolls, dried, and maybe not fully cooked noodles). So, I will come back in the future to see if any changes were made.

I live in kernersville and it’s a good 20 minutes drive but well worth it because my food has always been great and correct and the staff is always nice even when it appears they are very busy. I go at least once a week still no complaints

This store is subpar. The customer service is terrible. I came one evening seeking to order the grilled teriyaki chicken and honey walnut shrimp. I was informed that they were out because they did cook any additional because it was “slow” earlier in the afternoon. I ended up ordering something that I didn’t really want. I come back the next evening, and I was informed that there is a 15-20 minute wait on the teriyaki chicken. I inform them that I will wait, and I ask if I can get a courtesy soft drink due to the inconveniences. When I ask to speak to the manager, she informs me that ordering the grilled teriyaki chicken was “optional” for me, and that I had the choice of getting something else. She further stated that because I hadn’t already paid for it, that she was not required to provide a courtesy soft drink. She was unwilling to demonstrate any consideration for the inconvenience provided to a paying and faithful customer. They have lost my business.

Carla was distracted and asked me to wait, then I had to repeat my order twice. Even then my rice was not correct. I never had a problem here before. Hopefully this is just a bad day for her. When I went back to get my order corrected, she didn’t even apologize for the error.

1st time here. It was alright for a fast food vibe kind of place. Wasn’t what we expected. Food was just ok. More fried rice than anything in a bowl with orange chicken that was a bit over done. Husband had orange chicken and kung pao with chow mein that didn’t have much flavor. Not something that we’d go out of the way for.

We ate on the porch and a jobless person came up to us and interrupted our meal to ask us for some of the money that my wife and I earned at our jobs. We both started out with little when we got married in 1982 and still working five days a week. I’m not sure why the jobless crowd is so abundant in that part of town, there are help wanted signs everywhere…….just a thought. Guess I must be stupid and insensitive but some people feel like they are owed a handout and they judge us by our looks or the car we drive (Subaru).

They took a long time to give me my food. They said it will take 6 minutes to make more of an entre I selected, I waited close to 45 minutes in the parking lot. And they gave me my order wrong. They are lazy, rude, and don’t care. I didn’t want to go in to associate any further with the lazy rude Panda Express workers, to get my order right, or get a refund because of how very rude and negligent they are. I remember one of their names is Bruno.
