I ordered Chicken Pad Thai, top spice level Thai Spicy. Normally, places in this area never make it hot enough. Adding some homemade chili oil that they have there made it absolutely perfect. Spicy as requested and still so tasty. She had asked me to let her know what I thought when I was done so I called and said it was perfect! Love the food and service here.

This place never disappoints. Every dish is AMAZING. Also, they give you a TON of veggies unlike most other cart Thai places. This is one of my go to carts at the Fairview plaza. I highly recommend trying it. It’s top notch!!

We discovered this place just driving through Gresham. The Fairview Food Plaza is such a hidden gem comparing to the more popular food truck blocks in Portland. It was a cold rainy day and Kua Thai did not disappoint. I think it has the best Tom Yum I ever have. The classic Pad See Yew is so delicious and packed with nutrients. Everything blends together at the right proportion. I would definitely stop by again to have some delicious Thai food the next time I am in town.

Worst Pad Thai ever. My order had 1/2 of 1 green onion, 15 bean sprouts, 1 lime wedge, 1 teaspoon of ground peanuts, maybe 2 oz of chicken, and an entire takeaway plastic clam shell full of dry flavorless rice noodles. Nothing like any other pad thai I’ve experienced – I threw most of it away.
