There is one group of workers there that is great, usually earlier in the day. The workers in the evenings lately have been terrible! The workers that worked the evening of 11/10 were terrible!!! The food we got was terrible, and had half the stuff it was supposed to have. Plus it was cold. I called to complain, and they acted like they didn’t even care. I told them I keep having problems with my orders from them. Their response to me was, “Ok”.

Just ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and ended up with a Buffalo Cheese Pizza with 5 pieces of chicken on it. This isn’t the first time either, and they dont seem to cook the pizza all the way through. Gioninos just got a new customer.

Never again will order from here. My sheet pizza showed up fold in 3 on top of each other. We unfolded the pizza all the cheese came off. I called and asked what happened and got an attitude from manager like it was no big deal. Called back and requested my money back got it back and got attitude again from the manager. So I called the corporate office to make a complaint on this store. Very rude and unprofessional.

We have ordered from this store several times–never super impressed with it, but, hey, its pizza. Tried a pre-order on Saturday for pick up Sunday 11:45. Took my order for 4 pizzas. When I arrived, someone had to unlock the door for me. Said my order was scheduled for pick up at 12:30–mistaken order, I guess. Ovens were not on–would take 15 minutes then bake time. I had kids waiting for lunch at noon. Cancelled the order and resorted to plan b. Just called the manager –a week later to be sure I was not rude–to let him know of the incident so he could correct his system. Happened that the manager= the Sunday AM worker. He was rude and justified his actions. If you are looking for customer service, this store is not the place.

Just want to give a HUGE shout out to “Tutor” (not certain of spelling) at this East of Chicago location in Rittman Ohio!!! Our local east of Chicago has ridiculous hours, they’re always closing early and we can never get pizza from them on a consistent basis and so we called the Rittman location tonight and they agreed to bring us our pizza with it being Christmas at all and we thought that was spectacular and worth being shouted out!!! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service

I went here a week ago the service was horrible the order was messed up when it was delivered to which I then had 2 walk back to have the error fixed or forfeit any retribution because the delivery driver whom I’m sure hadnt made it back to the store in the amout of time that it took me to call had infact already been sent home for the night thus leaving no delivery driver at all and furthermore was then told if I wanted to bring the wrong order back they would wait so that when I got there they could fix it otherwise there wouldnt be anything done to correct the error they made. Needless to say I’m less than impressed with the service hopefully they get their act together and prevent errors like these from happening in the future.
