Not enough food given for the high price. My sides were approximately 2 to 3 small scoops. The mature guy that checked me out was nice, but my order was not correct after mentioning it several times and I was charged extra for something I didn’t order. I asked for a desert to compensate as he advised me that he was unable to change my order. I received a cookie and it was good. There was a longer line than normal, so I left my order alone.

Spiritual Gangsta
I came through drive first but the nice lady taking my order couldn’t hear me. All I can hear in the back ground while she was taking my order is a bunch of people laughing sounded like a party they were talking very loud it echoes so I couldn’t hear the nice lady trying to take my order. I decided to go inside instead and the first thing is I waited almost 10 minutes before someone came and took my order. There were a bunch of people standing in the back in a circle laughing and talking loud which I assumed was the reason I couldn’t hear my order in drive. I asked to talk to manager and saw her coming from the group of people laughing and talking loud in the back. She was not helpful at all. She acted like she didn’t speak very good English. I told her they should be considerate to the drive through people taking orders because they were so loud and obnoxious I had to come in. I come here A lot and for the first time someone in drive was pleasant and nice but she couldn’t hear me due to her manager being clicked up with looks like the cooks and other workers. One little Mexican girl playing her music on her phone in her pocket walking around being loud yelling stuff to the people in the back like what kind of place is this a place to party or order food. I did NOT WANT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AFTER EXPLAINING TO HER MY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE SHE SEEMED CARELESS AND SHE WAS THE MAIN EMPLOYEE BEING LOUD WITH THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE BACK. The only people that were doing their job and were very nice and professional were the two girls working in the drive through an old guy and a guy cleaning the dining area. I will never come to this store again with a manager like that. I asked her name and they said her name is Andrea. I have watched this building change over the years to different franchises this won’t last long either with the type of service they are giving and the amount of unprofessionalism.

I’ve always liked the food. Service is terrible. I was in line and I waited more than 10 minutes before the cashier took my order. The three orders ahead of me got theirs first and I had to remind the server about mine. Never returning to this store again. The only ever Golden Chick store I’d rate 5 star on is the one in N Rockwell.
