I will tell you a little bit about my experience, first off they were probably four or five employees standing not doing anything when they should be at least clean some tables the minute I sat down there were three tables that they were not clean or haven’t been touched in the past couple of hours, Men’s restroom was clean the Ladies room was NoT, the atmosphere’s is pretty nice but if is going to continue to be the way it is then Jersey Mike is no different from the other competition. I saw one of the guys who makes the sandwich go in and out of the restaurant like 10 times, However thank God the food was good!!!

The kids just stood there waiting for God knows what. one kid, Dave g I believe, took my order but was VERY rude. when he scoffed at me I asked if he was alright and what the attitude was for. he just turned away to laugh. afterwards he started talking nasty to the next customer in line who said “I’m just here to get my lunch” spoke to another couple waiting on their food…they said the staff was rude to them as well…based on the comments, nothing is done about the rude staff.

mobile order gave pickup estimate of 12:07pm but sandwich was only by 12:25pm… in store orders are getting ready immediately but online orders were delayed quite a bit… customer service can be improved, can be courteous to keep delayed customers happy…

My son and DIL went there today. My son ordered a sandwich, and when it was given to him, he told the worker that it wasn’t his sandwich. The worker insisted it was. He brought it home; it wasn’t his. Should he have made the worker open it, absolutely. Unfortunately they were in a rush and needed to get somewhere. What a disappointment that 1. he didn’t get the sandwich he really wanted and 2.the worker didn’t take the time to double check the order and believe what the customer was saying.

Arrived at 1:30 on a monday. Boys behind counter were more interested in fooling around than taking my order. Got my order wrong but luckily i caught it on time. Cashier charged me for a giant when i got a regular. Tables were dirty. Bathroom was out of tp. Im not one to leave bad reviews but go to other jersey mikes in the area.

Fantastic experience, I’ve never been in a Jersey Mike’s before, walked in & I explained this to Jason. He was Fantastic, walked me through all the options, explained everything, and was extremely helpful! Ordered 2 subs, both of which were fantastic! Converted to Jersey Mike’s, gonna be my new go-to for on the run!!

Wanted to share our first and last trip to this location. Came in and there were 2 people waiting. One person went in the wrong way, but didn’t learn that until the staff was done with the other persons order. The 3 workers were working very slowly and also doing to go orders/grub hub as well as the in store order. When it was finally (I thought) our turn to order, the guy behind the counter greeted me by saying “What’s up?”. Before I can order, the man that went the wrong way held up his hand and went before us. The guy behind the counter didn’t say, “ sorry he was here first”, or anything at all. After waiting for at least 10-15min with no acknowledgement, we left. I have read other post saying that the people workin there were rude, so I will not be coming to this location again.

First time ever. I walked in, was greeted immediately very friendly. Told them it was my first time. They asked for my order and recommend the #8. I went with it, he sliced the meats extra thin the way I like it. Plenty of ingredients for the toppings also I noticed that he paid attention to how they were arranged on the sandwich and not all lumped in the middle.

Meh…so much unlike the other Jersey Mike’s branch with friendly greeting and personal care for the bagged food. When I walked in for pickup, they simply shouted aloud and asked to check the shelf, without directing where the shelf is. I hope they keep in mind not everyone is used to the new and first walk in place and could figure out everything immediately.

First of all, if you haven’t had Jersey Mikes, do not rate 1 star because they had not opened yet! That is very unfair. I love this place. Finally one opened near me. Absolutely fresh meat and toppings. The staff at this one in Somerset is young and friendly. My husband and I got a giant roast beef (free w/ points!). Outstanding!!! And BTW, less money than Subway. On another visit, we ordered cheesesteaks for pickup. Wow! ridiculously good. It’s really no wonder, that Jersey Mikes is doing so well. They sell a good product, period.
