if i can give them negative stars i will. They cater to people of no color. Me and my boyfriend was waiting for our food and they ignored our order and continued to pass out orders to people that ordered after us. And yes they were all people of no color.

I asked for a Cajun filet biscuit combo and I said i also want my chicken a little more crisper than it comes! I got it way to fast soon as I pulled up to pay,I should have looked at it but you trust places to do how you ask,I mean it’s not like I said something that was extremely hard to do or something that would take awhile, one other car behind me so it’s not like it was rush hour! Got my biscuit opened it up and took a bite I noticed my biscuit was wet and I alsmost instantly threw up my chicken was soggy so soggy it wet my biscuit smh 8 dollars for a meal I can’t even eat smh

This was the first time me and my wife had ate at one of these locations. And it was a great experience. The food was great. The staff was great and friendly. I hope to see Bojangles expand to my area. I think they will do great in the northern Ohio area. I personally feel they. Will do better than Popeye’s and KFC and even Mr. Chicken.
