Placed order on line, timer said ready between 4:53 -5:03, I arrived at 5:06, was told :give us about 10 minutes, we’re just now making it. The online “order status” said, it went into the oven at 4:44. I was given my pizza at 5:13. I ordered ham and extra onions, I received 1/2 ham & 1/2 onions. Your Employess need to read the orders correctly.

Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve had two issues here recently and I swear I will never choose here before anywhere else again. One, I was with a friend and we were hanging out. We ordered pizza to be delivered, but it never arrived. We checked on the app and it said that it had been delivered, but we never got it. I called the store and they said they must have delivered it to the wrong address. So I go up there to get the replacement pizza, and it hadn’t been made when they told me it would be about 10 minutes. When I actually got it, 30 minutes after I called, it was not cooked thoroughly and the dough was raw. Now more recently, my cousin had a birthday party and my family ordered six pizzas to be done at 5:45. I arrive with my older cousin and the order isn’t even started!! It is currently 6:17 and we still have not gotten our pizzas that we ordered way in advance. This place is absolutely atrocious at time management and making promises that they are unable to keep.

It may have been a fluke. I’ve not went in a long time, but my crust was folded under in spots. Dried out, burnt some. And it didn’t have any butter or flavoring brushed on it.

A couple months ago, I attempted to call my order in, and it said the phone line was not an active number, so I didn’t order that time. Last night I just went online. I was asked to track my order, and it never moved from the “prepping” status. After doing some errands while waiting for the order to be ready, I just went inside, and it was already done and sitting on the warning board.
