Visited during the Taylor Swift Erras tour. This is just down the street from the stadium. One of the few places I could find a parking spot. Food was typical of Taco Bell but the floors and tables needed to be cleaned up. For was sticky in places.

The customer service was terrible. When I paid the cashier, I went to put my change in my purse, and apparently I was taking too long so the female employee threw my receipt at me. Funny how I was supposedly taking so long but the entire time I was in the dining area she was on her phone and gossiping about her personal issues. I really hope the owner of this location watches his surveillance cameras. She is completely out of line and has no respect for the customers or the owner. She didnt even wash her hands before putting her gloves on. It makes me wonder how unsanitary this facility is, with what I witnessed during my brief visit.

Never had an issue coming to this location. Typically not as busy as other surrounding locations, so was able to order and go within 5 minutes. Kudos to the ladies on my last visit organizing my order nicely in my bag. Probably not the type of compliment they would expect, but easier to see my order is all there. Only reason I take away a star from this location is lack of drive-thru. Other than that, recommend if you’re in the area.

I do not recommend this location. The employees in the back who were making the food were coughing and sneezing with no mask on. It was disgusting. Plus, they never came out to take my order. I waited over 10-minutes. Thankfully they did not help so I would not get sick. Santa Clara county public health needs to look into this location.

This Taco Bell is a walk-in only. The seating indoor is pretty spacious. There is an outdoor seating area as well. Clean in the inside as well. Soda machine is self serve. The workers are okay. Had to wait a minute before a worker asked me what I wanted.

Let me tell you she’s very friendly polite uplifting and overall just makes your day feel good. She knows her job and does it quite well. People nowadays don’t get recognized for what they do.
