We brought our family of 10 to dinner here tonight! It was fantastic! From the friendly service, to the quality food, and cleanliness of the restaurant, it made our evening very enjoyable. All of the staff were helpful and welcoming, but Felix specifically, was absolutely wonderful and so great with all the kids! We don’t eat out much, but we will definitely be coming back here! This is our new favorite location for sure!! Thank you Felix and Qdoba staff!!!

First off, hats off to the gentleman that took great care of prepping our order, wish I could recall his name. He provided excellent service and was super friendly to our group. Aside from the great service, the food was pretty bad mostly due to the old crispy rice that should not have been crispy. This ruined every dish we had since rice is typically an ingredient in anything offered here. We ate what we could and left but I highly doubt we will eat here again. If the rice was neglected and allowed to get rock hard, what else could be aging unhealthily on those warmers?

Called to place a pick-up order and was told I’d have to order online to use a coupon. Ordering online there was no option to use the coupon code. After arriving to the store the manager who I just spoke with on the phone claimed coupon codes can’t be used while ordering online and that I couldn’t be refunded. I think she was just too lazy to do so. Then I get home and open the quesadilla and tacos and see both barely have any filling in them.

The food was good, but they were out of regular queso. The problem is that signage is posted saying all staff are wearing masks, and none of them were. Either update the health and safety section to reflect this or take the signage down.

I decided to try this place again, silly me. This time they have charged my card four times. Some district manager is supposed to get back to me, but last time I had an issue, there was no response from the manager, so I doubt it. Guess I paid 80 dollars for two dinners. Thieves.
