Chelitas Is such a cute little restaurant. It feels very intimate and yet it’s really fast food, it doesn’t taste like it. I had a fabulous taco. All the food I saw people eating looked and smelled wonderful.

I have been looking all downtown areas because I live down here at Masten Towers downtown Fresno. A lot of the places are fairly decent this place was excellent!! Their food is so good and they’ll let you order it Anyway You Want It!. They serve breakfast all day, they serve vegetarian meals burritos tacos quesadillas Etc. It is one of the best places downtown that I found to eat I love to eat breakfast around 12 or 1 p.m. this is the perfect place it’s not too busy but it should be.! They should take and put posters up everywhere! Believe me people if you love Mexican food, well you got it right! This is the place to go you can get anything any time of day including vegetarian meals. You don’t find too many Mexican restaurants that serve vegetarian meals. At least I haven’t. I recommend it to anybody give it a shot! You’ll love it!!

Absolutely love this place, if you are looking for authentic Mexican food with a spicy salsa I highly recommend this place. Their asada is very flavourful and their barbacoa is to die for. Fast and friendly place.

I asked for a vegetarian sandwich with egg, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, mayo & white & yellow cheese. If they put all this stuff in there, either I didn’t see it or they put extra thin slices of everything! I MEAN EXTRA THIN!…..all this for $7.00. Last time there.
