Sad. Because the Hawaiian chicken bbq is my absolute favorite pizza. But the last couple of times has been a terrible experience. Just wasted 30 bucks on a pizza that tastes absolutely disgusting. so disgusting I had to throw it out. My boyfriend still hasn’t gotten his refund from the last time…we tried to order a pizza and it never showed up. And the time before that, I got nothing but attitude from the employees. Think I’m gonna have to find a new pizza place. I really hope your management improves because I’m really disappointed and looking at your latest reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one.

WORST. SERVICE. EVER. We tried to place an order by calling the store. They would not honor the price of the coupon on their website even though it did not specify online only. So we placed the order online. We could not pick up at the time we wanted so we called back again and spoke to an associate who changed our time. However he put in the wrong time. Our order which was 71.00 was not ready for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. They made the pizza while my husband waited. They did not apologize. My husband asked for a discount for the inconvenience. The GM Will told, told my husband No as he had already gotten a discount. No! A coupon price is not the discount. A coupon is a special to draw in customers. You should have given a discount for your mistake. We will not be back. I will take my business to an establishment that will at the very least apologize for their mistake.

The last couple times I’ve ordered pizza it looks and taste like they threw it together with no care in the world on how it turned out. They didn’t even slice it close to evenly both times either. Not sure what changed but very disappointed. Hopefully they fix this issue. They get 1 more chance and I’m done. 3 strikes and you’re out.

Worst experience with a pizza place in my life. They forgot my order after waiting in the parking lot for an hour. Get the pizza home, and the kids wouldn’t even because it tasted bad. Store was dirty inside and out. I will never eat their again.

This is a very good pizza place. The stuffed crust pizza was excellent, there evenwas not extra charge to make it with Alfredo. The staff members were professional & nice. Overall I would recommend this place. Try to order ahead by phone or online, as pizza takes 15 minutes or longer to cook.
