This place was a bit hard to spot from the road, as you can see from the photos, the sign is a bit faded. It’s in a little space in a very unassuming area of town but fret not, Shortly will greet you when you come in and puts you at ease. Once inside, it’s like you’ve been transported back in time to your country grandma’s kitchen. It’s as cliche and kitschy as you’d want it to be. It’s a family run place and you can tell that they love their little business. Food is unpretentious and good. Do them, and yourself, the favor and go visit soon!!

Don’t let the storefront fool you, this was absolutely the best breakfast I have ever had. We like mom and pop places and this one does not disappoint. Friendly staff and owner. Regulars coming in ordering their “usual.” The french toast was the best I have ever had (including my own) and they got my eggs right, which is a big deal to me. I’m picky about breakfast and this was wonderful. We aren’t local, but we will definitely be back each time we visit our daughter. Thanks again!!

Surprisingly, GREAT food. Be ready to be blown away by the service and food quality. The pancakes are very soft, and the biscuits and gravy come with a boatload of gravy. Overall, the biscuits are soft, the waffles are crispy, and the eggs are well seasoned. Do not let the outside/location of the restaurant drive you away, honestly it doesn’t look so great and I felt like I was going to get stabbed but for that food, I’d take a stabbing.
