Checked it out because the smoker out front was indeed making my stomach growl. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The food menu, however, doesn’t include many chicken options at all. Nor are there as many beef options as there could be. I got a fried chicken sandwich with coleslaw, and both are average. The sandwich could have had a little more flavor, in my opinion. Especially being a bbq place. Price wise, it was comparable to other bbq spots frequent; $17. Their bar is fully stocked with tons of various liquors to choose from, and they have a stage area set up for live bands, which seems like it would be a lot of fun. They could keep up with the organization and cleanliness of the restrooms a bit more.

Great BBQ spot. Brisket was super soft. Nice that they give you an option of lean, fatty, or mix. Pickled veggies were very good as well, so it shows they don’t skimp out on anything. Good assortment of hot sauces placed on every table, spacious indoor seating and plenty outdoor seating. Would be a fun place to come at dinner time for food and live music.

BBQ is the real deal here. They have the massive smokers outside as you walk in. Several selections for meat to choose from, salads, and sandwiches too. They also have their specials off to the side next to the register. Live performances on certain days and even happy hour. They haven’t been open for long but they seem pretty busy. I got there a few minutes after opening. If you’re a local, they do have a rewards program and all you have to do is register your phone number. They share a patio with HUDL brewery and even carry a few of their beers. They do allow outside food for HUDL so you can always go there and get a wider selection of beers along with good BBQ. I got the Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly combo and felt the portion was small but tasted amazing. They brag about their jiggly meat and yes it was very tender and tasted amazing. Just wished the portion was just a bit bigger. Good thing I got beers to fill me up

This restaurant was highly recommended and I’m glad we were able to try it during our stay in Vegas. Meat was so tender and flavorful. I am slightly disappointed that my order only included 3 slices of brisket and cornbread. A vegt would have been an excellent addition.

I would say this is the best pulled pork I have ever had. The spice blend wasn’t what you normally expect from pulled pork and I really enjoyed it. The super crispy potato wedges were also a home run.
