This used to be a good pizza place. Today I ordered 5 Pizzas and they were all Hard to Chew. They just add Toppings and Re-Heat Pizza. I will not eat here again, I chose this place before Little Ceasers because of the same problem but now they are the same.

First time buyer. Prices are a bit high. There’s charge for EVERYTHING. Crushed pepper packets $$$+ tax. You want disposable plates $$$+ plus tax. You want napkins $$$+tax. 1–20 wings only 1 flavor. Only more than 20 wings you get 2 flavors, don’t forget $$$+tax. Bought their version of a Large Pizza, seems like a Dominos medium, big crust edges to make it look bigger. Overly watered down ranch. If you get thin crust which is less dough, extra $$$+tax. Taste was good. Wings were decent.

Service is terrible their online system fails often and when you ask for a manager they just hand the phone over to another worker who acts like a manager. Once they get on the phone they say the owners do not care if their online systems do not work and they will not honor any online specials. Horrible customer service for subpar pizza. Just go get a hit and ready they are better.

Honestly one of my favorite pizza places. Always fresh and made how I order it. I definitely recommend the chorizo as it is so good. The wings are also really good and they have so many sauces and flavors to choose from. They are super fast with orders for carryout but I have never ordered the delivery.

Tried talking to the manager Rebecca about an order placed for delivery, she kept putting me on hold telling me they were really busy and when two other employees answered you can hear her on the background both times telling them something about handing her the phone. Once she answered again she said they were too busy with customers even though I am a paying customer as well, she then hanged up on me. She truly has poor customer management skills as my order was wrong and i paid a little over $60.00.

Pizza and wings are good. But don’t even bother calling them when they mess up your order the owner is very rude no customer service. They had messed up on my order 3 times and was told today that I was a very difficult customer and that she wasn’t going to take my order anymore. How can you mess up a one ingredient pizza.
