We walked in and there wasn’t but 2 other customers eating. We order and wait for 20 minutes before the food comes. In that time I watched an employee pick up food off the floor and throw it away, he then proceeded to make a salad for a drive through order with the same gloves. We finally got our food and the steak on my sandwich was raw and cold. Not only are they expensive but the experience is about that of a hole in the wall McDonald’s. No smiles, all while making nasty food wish I could give it 0 stars.

Currently sitting at a dirty table surrounded by other dirty tables and waiting forever for food that I don’t know is even going to come. I’ve eaten at the NWA location several times, and it was great, but this place has left such a bad impression that I won’t ever waste money at Newk’s again. Do better Newk’s.

Friendly service, great selection, good food, and clean atmosphere I tried the salmon Caesar and paired with a loaded potato soup. My partner got the club sandwich and gumbo. We both enjoyed it all! The club sandwich was also available as a double-decker, but I can only imagine how big that would have been! I’d suggest NOT getting the soup with it if you go for the double decker because the single was PLENTY of sandwich. It’s also in a great location near the pavilion shopping center. The salmon was a bit dry and rather bland, but since it was on a salad with dressing. I found it ok enough.

The front worker (wish I could remember your name) she was so GOOD. I remember I lightly told her my daughter had allegeries she made sure everyone used clean gloves and utensils and so on…. She was on top of it. We are used to the Rogers Pinnacle Hills location and this one was not even a fraction of how nice the atmosphere is there. My husband was disappointed in the soda machine because it was all fancy like the one up there. Silly I know but it makes a difference when you are on strict diets or just soda deprived like him. My party was wanting the salad bar extras to used on their salads. It was underwhelming if you have been to other newks. Without the bells and whistles the place was just lackluster. There is room for the restaraunt to grow! Staff 5/5

First visit I ordered a sandwich and the red velvet cake. The sandwich was alright but the red velvet cake, I tried it and noticed it was stale. So then I decided to check for a date and noticed it was dated enjoy by the previous day the 30th. (I got it on the 31st).

We love the Newks in Tahlequah so of course we had to try the one in Ft Smith, Not the same , Ft Smith feels like the Wish version of Newks . Maybe Newks is watering their brand down IDK but I don’t really like it . That said the Mediterranean pizza was good . I miss the round table with all the things .

I’ve been going to Newk’s for years across 5 different states! This Newk’s is hands down the best around!! The staff are always nice, the restaurant and bathrooms are clean, and the manager here is the bomb! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good bite to eat, just remember this isn’t McDonalds and your longer waits will be worth it!

18 minutes of life gone awaiting 2 sandwiches that never happened. Then the “manager”, who never apologized, partially refunded. Thus more time I’ll have wasted disputing charges to my card. What an absolute waste of a once decent place to eat. I can see why Fort Smith, AR has a hard time keeping businesses; no customer service, no work ethic.
