It was my first time coming to this place & I’m so glad I did. It deserves waaayy more than 5 stars. I visited Kaleidoscoops with my fiance, mother. We had ordered Catfish, Crispy chicken salad, and a Burger w/ Cheese tots. Really fresh food! Everything was amazing. The salad we had received was well worth the money! You won’t be disappointed coming here. The staff are very helpful & polite. There was seating outside which was nice at the end of a long day. We also had dessert. Superman waffle cone, Rocky road M&m’s waffle cone, Strawberry Cheesecake waffle cone ice cream. All employees were wearing masks. I will be returning here when i am visiting again!!!

We were visiting from out of state and decided to stop by for a treat for the family. Based on some of the reviews we were slightly weary, but gave it a try. We were very happy with the service and the ice cream was delicious!!! The staff was super friendly as well. The kids got 2 small scoops and they were far from small. First and last time going! We’re new in town and we used the drive through to order some ice cream cones they had NO menu. Had no idea what flavors they had and the lady in charge told me “we’re too busy to tell you what flavors we have you can get down and check yourself.” Mind you this was after waiting a good 20 minutes for it to be our turn at the window. She was extremely rude and has a nasy attitude poor kid she has there working for her! (Also there was no car behind me at the window and there was barely any people inside!)

Cute little ice cream shop with friendly employees. They also serve some basic grill type foods. I had ordered a salad which they were out of, so I didn’t end up eating anything there but the rest of family mostly enjoyed what they had ordered.

We only had ice cream. They definitely need more staff; only one person working the front counter, one person working the drive through and phone orders, and one in the kitchen. Tables were not clean as staff was busy with the long line of customers.

Staff are incompetent about safe food handling practices and allergen risks to customers. Stopped after work this afternoon to get a milkshake. They used the same mixing tool for mine and the guy ahead of me. I’m highly allergic to nuts which are in a couple of their ice creams. Not worth the risk of an ER visit due to incompetent lazy staff
