Honestly, I have no idea what it’s happening with these pizza companies. But we switched from Domino’s to Papa. John’s and it’s not any better.. we ordered a large hawaiian with jalapenos, combination with jalapeños, and pepperoni. We basically received two jalopeno pizzas and pepperoni.. i guess just order a pepperoni..

Carry-out: we did a deal on the mobile app and it turned out good. The wings are not there specialty but decent enough to fit a craving. The “Super Hawaiian” is just a Hawaiian that costs extra but with a deal it didn’t matter. Sue me, I like pineapple on my pizza.

Awesome job! The front of my house is being redone so I told the delivery driver to leave it just by the front steps and they climbed through a pile of dirt just to bring it to my front door! We need more amazing people like you! Not to mention my pizza arrived 30 minutes early!!!

Been ordering here for a while, and the quality has only gone down over the years. Today makes the 5th pizza in a row that has been doughy. First couple times I thought it was just a coincidence, but the third order of 2 pizzas’s were both doughy. The manager was nice enough to offer us a free pizza to compensate, which I redeemed today, but it too is doughy.

Just got our pizza delivered. It took an hour and 40 minutes to get. It also came cold. We tried calling to cancel the order 5 different times and would get put on hold and disconnected or sent to a call center. Absolute nightmare

Papa John’s is the goat. If you don’t think so – go order a plain cheese pizza and you’ll be changed. Also, this was impressive of them: 2 weeks ago we had a delivery take over an hour to arrive. That was annoying but whatever, we moved on. Yesterday we got a free pizza coupon in the mail to make up for the slow delivery! We never complained or contacted them about that delivery. They just knew and offered a free pizza. That was awesome and we enjoyed our free pizza very much! We frickin love papa John’s. Dominos, little Caesar’s and papa Murphys got NOTHIN on papa John’s.
