This was the second Dunkin we came to after having such a poor experience at the other one near here. The difference between them was night and day. Here, they wanted to help and were very friendly. Plus, they made a very good latte. Avoid that 24 hour one, this one is 1 mile away and way better.

Constantly receive undercooked food and the new staff doesn’t care about customer service. I went there for a Ice cream cake and was hoping for a little help from their staff, since it was a themed party and cake needed. Sales staff was more interested in talking to each other and using their cell phones. The cake did turn out OK when I picked it up 2 days later. The staff that day was not aware that there was a special order to be picked up. I made them look for it. They did finally find it. And, it was delicious and really pretty. The reason I gave them a 4th star was their coffee prices there are better than many other area Dunkin locations.
